Coal Country Candy Company isn’t just about sweets; it’s about a legacy of resilience.
I grew up a child of the Pennsylvania coal region. My grandfather, a child miner gave his life to the mines. Like so many of his generation, he went into the mines as a young boy to help provide for his family. He worked the breakers and the shafts of Schuylkill County—a world of hard labor and unwavering character. Though he passed away young, the spirit of his work ethic stayed with us.
Today, we bring those authentic flavors to McKinney, Texas. We specialize in the regional treasures we grew up with, like our hand-rolled Traditional Flitch and the iconic Club Bar.
But tradition also leaves room for innovation. Our Signature S'mores Club is my own twist on the classic—proof that while we honor our roots, we are always building something new. Every batch is handcrafted, small-batch, and made with the same grit that defined my early life."

Forget everything you know about graham crackers. In the coal region, we want that salty and sweet mix. I created the S'mores Club by taking our traditional club bar and layering in toasted marshmallow fluff before a final dip in premium milk chocolate.
